The jam is getting closer - Don't know about you guys but I know a lot of excited people.
Firstly, the information on the venue is posted, and ready for perusal.

Schedule and venue numbers
Firstly, the venue is available for quite a lot of the time (woot, thanks Microsoft :) )
Secondly, numbers are limited based on community feedback and venue organisation.

Friday 5pm - 11pm
Saturday 9am - 11pm
Sunday 9am - 8pm

19:00 : Announcements & Keynote
19:30 - 23:00 : Group building, topic discussions, pitching idea
Saturday
9:00 - 23:00: Get busy!
Note - 11:00 : Final deadline to be registered, and create game page on GGJ site
Sunday
9:00 - 15:00 : Get busy!
Note - 15:00 : Deadline to submit game, avoid technical problems etc.
16:30 - 19:00 : Presentations and demo's, Community voting
Other notes - Important information
- You are welcome to go to your friends house, and continue jamming.
- You are welcome to stay awake the entire time, but it isn't advisable (the rest time in between is intentional)
- You are welcome to continue working on your game outside of the venue times,
as long as you finish and submit by the deadline on sunday, and don't start before 5pm on Friday 28th.
- All participants MUST get me their names, phone numbers and email addresses by the 21st January 2011 (barring technical issues).
- There are only 15 slots available! This is based on feedback and availablity of the venue, but also for the best possible experience.
If you are not sure if you are coming, email stating that. Once you email me your intention, and availability, confirmations will be posted
on the http://www.IGDA.co.za website as to attendance (and of course correspondance via email).
The first 15 participants to definitely be registered with me by the 23rd will be the cutoff -
And i will make this clear on all pages that we are full.
