Hey hey. There is a Game Maker competition where the theme is Fire and Ice. Yesterday, I thought, lets make a really simplistic game. This is what I made (in a few hours).

Competiton page:

When I thought of Fire and Ice, "neutralisation" came to mind. Thus, your goal is to get a fire block to collide with an ice block to finish the level.

You set down gravity points to attract or detract a block in a straight line. When you think your "setup" will work, you start the round and see what happens. Think TIM (kinda).

I think the name Thawt is just pure awesome. :)

Anyway, the explanation might be a bit hazy, so just play it!

This is just a prototype. After the 2nd level, the game will abort.

'Tis a cool idea, Tr00jg. ^_^

It reminds me of Quantum (http://gmc.yoyogames.com/index.php?showtopic=308080), a game that I came upon at some stage that involved firing a particle into a goal ring, using fixed but scalable charges to guide it, warps to teleport it and special wall tiles off of which to bounce it.

Aw yeah. It is it a bit like Quantum, except not so rigid and concise as Thawt.

Pretty cool. The title is pure WIN also. The name "Thawt" just sounds sweet. ;-)

Like, DUH! of cause I did! ^_^ lol. That's why I like it. ;)

(I have officially beaten your score on Jetman btw. hehe. Which made me happy, until I discovered people made 60x times that amount. ;_; )
