Guys head over to www.nuked.co.za . Once you've registered, go to the forums section and then the Programming subsection to check it out!!. Ypu gonna need to register with the site, but its quick!! Its a new site that a friend of mine has made!

In this competition you have 1 and a half hours(from 7pm to 8:30p) to make a game which they specify. And any language can be used. Then the community chooses the winner.

This comp is going to be run every sunday, and when it gets bigger, maybe even organise some sponsored prizes for the winners!! Please support guys!

Someone went to rAge ;)

Can't say I'm a fan of the site... Plus a game in an hour is rather unreasonable if you're still new to programming. I only do it in talks to show how quickly you can get things up and running in GM.

If it picks up, cool. Can't say it's a bad thing.

We actually just got the idea now! We were bored, so we decided to have a little comp between the two of us! We have this on-going competition on wether C# is better than GM! Most of it is just harmless and joking, so we decided to have a little comp just to have bragging rights over the other person :P And yes, I agree that my friend is a dumbass making a site like that!!!

The topics that are going to be done every week are going to be very easy topics to do! Last night was space invaders! Also, from now they going to run for three hours, from 5 - 8pm! Here is a link to what I did last night! Its not anything great but I only had an hour to do it in:
