Probably in really bad taste but...
You play the lead character of a hidden terrorist cell in <city here>. You goal is to kill as many people as possible. Your choice of weapons are car bombs etc. Of course there will be an airport as well.
For each person you kill you get 1 point.
For each policeman you kill you get 5 points.
If you die at the same time, all scores are multiplied by 10.
Each time you do an action in the game, the police may find clues and start closing in on you. I'll use some sort of progress bar to show how close the police are to catching you.
Death is the final weapoin a terrorist has.
My idea in the game is to make Death a central point of the player strategy. If you die too soon you lose out on scoring points, if you die too late the police will get you before your final master strike. In the end its high scores that count. (Maybe thats defines which level of heaven you get to).
