Well, after seeing Nandrew unexpectedly pull something out, I decided I MUST enter even though the game is a piece of crap.

So with 1h 40min till the deadline, I slaved through my game files to see something I could use. I ended up using the dragon thing (it was the warioware collab a whole while back).

It is pretty shallow (what do you expect from a 1 hour game from design to end?). Eat the orbs during the summer. In the winter you deplete those to create random square particles... YES, that's it.

I can now claim that I managed to get an entry in. :P

Haha. >_<

What do you expect when I have to design and develop in an hour? :P

It's... um... interesting. ^^;

Heh, it's actually not bad, given the timeframe in which it was created.

You might actually have something interesting to work with into a greater project (should you so desire) if you find interesting answers to such questions as:
- What is this creature?
- What are the orbs?
- Is there any differentiation between orbs?
- What is the purpose (or are the purposes, perhaps) of the square particles?

AS to the gameplay, I kinda like the idea of a mouse-controlled snake/nibbles-like game.

Thanks (I guess?). I am going to use the snake idea (just the movement) for my XNA game though (so far).

I think I'm going to start prototyping some action ideas in Game Maker.
