Bug in Eastern Tundra for Potion Building Quest

I was playing as a Human Priest attempting the Deep Freeze quest. I went in to a sub dungeon and was asked to collect 5 plants for what looked like a large exclamation point. After I clicked all 5, I went back to the point. It said I earned some potions, but none were in my inventory, and I still had the five plants. Upon clicking one of the plants, the following error occurred:
