hi bought the game, but im getting (fatal content error) every time i try to start it up, how can i fix this?

Hi 
Did you have to download the Unity player browser plugin when you first started playing the game? If not, then it might be a player version mismatch.
If it's not an easy problem to track down like that, please tell me what OS you're running, browser (have you tried in multiple browsers?) and graphics card you're running?
