I personally LOVE Binlor. I prep him on all maps with a lot of resist down, especially if there are frozen Trolls. By level 1, everything having -50% resists is miraculous. The problem is his other boons are underused.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

I agree. I only really used it for rogue gold and when Naga City had Bleaty.

Truth be told, Stone Heart isn't something I always focus on, but I've been hacking my way through with a lot of merry RBS-swinging warriors recently. And if I'm a monk and somehow haven't found the Might glyph, Stone Form is a lovely little gem for protracted combat encounters that *aren't* on the same screen as Binlor, as is the case in 3 out of 4 vicious dungeons (Naga City being a deliberate reversal of this rule).*

But most of all ... well, damn, the way things work now, Stone Form and Stone Fist are just so poetic in action together. :P

* By the way, Namtar's going to undergo a post-Curse revision that will affect his power above AND below -- players shall truly know how it feels to be cut off from the gods (muaha, etc), and I actually want to balance things so that you weaken at a rate more comparable to Namtar's own. I don't think many modern characters fear his last few incarnations once they've gotten past the earlier doozies.

Hmm... Actually, Namtar is one of the few bosses I respect. With a mere 7 classes and 7 badges (Need Miser, Faithless, and Purist), he actually challenges me.

I really like Stone Form myself. Combine it with Stone Fist and you have a permanent +30% damage. It's a great choice if you don't need a ton of magic resistance or a ton of resistance penetration.

Yeah, forms one, two, and three are definitely the hardest. Still, keep the last form how it is.
