*SPOILERS* Dailies Thread

For yesterday, I pulled a bonehead move and converted BURNDAYRAZ on the spot, only to find the Tower of Goo waiting for me. Fortunately, Mysteria meant I had 4 CYDSTEPPS per bar, so I was still able to make things work.

Goatperson, Cursed Oasis

Yipes! I had to think about nearly every move I did, but I pulled through. Too much going on throughout the run to focus on a single particular thing, but pulling off a Goatperson Cursed Oasis makes me feel real good. Had to slug it through both bosses; popcorn had to be eaten for food rather than curse stacks.

That Patches in preps is so rude.

Couldn't be more close for me than it was. I had to convert everything but 1 food to get the last hit.
I guess attacking a Thrall earlier, then using a potion under Dracul wasn't too good of an idea.

Next stop - Goat in Labyrinth? That thought alone makes me shiver.

The Balanced Dagger and WONAFYT made this a real smooth run for me. Turned the Naga Cauldron into CP. The game kept me mostly in Mystera and Dracul, so I didn't use any EM boons. Used Whoopaz and Battlemage Ring along with Mystic Balance to burn down the dragon. The 2 shots of Sanguine let me tank the retaliation. Managed Unstoppable and 1 Prestige (with Blood Curse). Didn't get Parched because I forgot about poison not being cleared on level up.

After getting balanced dagger and WONAFYT and I focused on same level kills. The problem is I focused ONLY on same level kills and died of hunger.

Killed a Shade under Dracul at level 1 Goes downhill after that, always got stuck with Dracul while leveling up and found no non-undead targets to kill.

I was lucky enough to land in Earthmother to fuel my Cursed Shade kill, but by then I'm out of almost all resources. Worst of all I landed in Binlor for my final level-up, meaning the deity becomes pretty much useless for the Cursed Dragon fight. Probably should have stayed in EM and use one more Vines instead of leveling up for the threshold Max Health.

Aaaaaand the Goat triumphs! In normal play-throughs I always tried to overexplore and as a result often ran out of steam when facing the Cursed Dragon. The goat has 3~4 refreshes left and easily dispatches the Dragon. It's kind of surreal to beat this my personal boogieman map on such a terrible start...

Crap...Goat in Cursed Oasis?! My worst class on my worst dungeon.

Well ....nothing to lose.....here goes.

And, we're back.

Seven minutes of futility. But, I didn't die through stupidity. I eliminated all of my options and was surrounded in the cursed realm by critters I couldn't kill after already having been cursed by Drac.

On the plus, my swearing at the game was particularly colourful this morning!

I made pretty stupid mistake that made the run a bit harder than it should have been.

So I was worshipping Dracul and thought that I have good amount of piety so how about some usefull boon. So I took Blood Hunger, because life drain is nice to have and improves my piety gain with Dracul. Then I realized that Earthmother hates life-steal.

Goats are depressing.

Started the fight too early, run out of resources. If I were stuck on drac an in the end or if I'd my resources better, it would've been a win, but alas, I'm simply not familar enough with Goats.
