Wow, I forgot how powerful Rogues are.

Elf Rogues had been my pet favorites for a while, so I was really looking forward to today's run. One of my favorite Elf Rogue builds is using GG, so seeing him at the prep screen kind of decided what I'll play. It was really one of those "victory at prep screen" occasions, GG is really a one-stop shop to help cure all of the Rogue's ailments as well as nicely enhance her abilities; Bear Mace pretty much solves both the secret sub access as well as the Shade's blink; and (compressed) Namtar's Ward is a really nice way to ensure poor little ol' me doesn't silly-click to death.

EDIT: Still holding top XP, but most likely only because *someone* (*khm*, ~'(^ + ^)'~) has been stubbornly insisting on going in naked... Just saying...

Yuck, yuck, double yuck. Managed to pull it off, which impressed myself... regen fighting is my weakest suit, and I wasn't going to be able to leverage my class here. Incidentally Martyr, of all things, might have saved the run, since I had two altars that I could desecrate in the loadout.

Saving grace for most of the other people is that there are 5 gods in the preps. I took JJ because I'm not really good at managing most of the other gods at all, especially Binlor (who's probably really good here) but I expect an easier time for people with more well rounded skills.

And I knew it the moment I picked Martyr Wraps that I was going to playing with fire with misclicks. Well, there goes another month of progress because of a split second of carelessness.
