This was a weird round. Everything was going amazingly easily in the beginning. I was leveling and acquiring piety like nobody's business as I had the dagger and was worshipping JJ from the very start. Had to take Chaos Avatar around level 5 so as not to waste more piety.

Finally it came to the boss kill and things suddenly got harder. I switched to TT for two rounds of Dodge and Extra Hit potions and desecrated JJ to finally finish off the Druid.

It was one of those cases where there were so many tempting items, but if you grabbed the first good things it left you in a lurch later when you really needed something else but had no money left.

I can't believe everyone didn't prep the Soul Orb. Was that just to challenge yourselves or did you feel lucky about the plants spawning?

Another fun fact: Binlor's Stone Form boon won't activate if you already have might. But, if you gain your first stack of might through Stone Form, you can stack on top of that with (Chemist's )BYSSEPS, giving you one more than you could normally get.

*Human Paladin in Berserker Camp*

Nuff said. I only prepped Burndayraz and don't recall any chokes at the start so Purist should be doable.

Oh my, I deeply misjudged my attack sequence against the boss... I almost had to use potions or chaos avatar

APHEELSIK to beat down SMM, then level-up catapult to kill Bjorn. Berserker Camp really is an outlier in terms of how easy it is compared to its other directional equivalents (Magma Mines, Cursed Oasis, Slime Pits). Even when I play carelessly and totally misjudge my attack sequence, I still win without even tapping my reserve resources.

the heck ... this same guy who got 1565 piety, today he got 978, more than double of the second place 409. And also, in "record time" of 9 min 11 s. He only prepped Dracul ... how the hell?
