So I figured out the hint for part 6, I think, but I can't figure out what it actually means.

Nicely played on part 5, shade_of_ox, and congrats on clearing it yourself, maya! Now you'll both get to see the main reason why this questline came into being.

Furthermore, to shade_of_ox, Nurator is correct that effects which "prevent worship" do not cause you to unworship. Similarly, the nature of DAMNED is that it only checks for exhaust when you are damage. As these are base game behaviors, we don't change them. This actually comes up in one other place in the EE, yet I won't spoil it as I think it's one of the best moments and would rather you enjoy it naturally. And +1 to you trying Heretic Gold. It's my favorite class specific run by a landslide and probably the hardest strategic (as in requiring pre-planning, as opposed to tactical in-game decisions, although those also must be impeccable) run. Also, to give you a little nudge on your spoiler:

Enjoy part 6 too! I highly recommend going into it without reading any of the advice given to or play reports from Nurator at first too, so your strategy isn't influenced.

We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

I'm afraid I don't quite follow your question. Does what require itself be read inside the menu screen quests tab? The 6th part? It shouldn't, as you can see it via the flag on the map. However, it's definitely easiest to read in popup form when originally presented. If you can't figure it out from the flag on the map, then here's a hint:

don't worry I figured out my own answer but I am now looking for a needle in a haystack. I did read the secret message hidden in the riddle, and found it funny because It almost seemed as if the message wanted to help you find it. I also read the hint you gave just before and unless your telling me to just endlessly run characters into the demonic library (which I would prefer not to as I have a different save that wants to 100% the normal game and it still requires a minimum of 11 runs (not including vt as a separate run)) I might be stuck reading the entire book that is the menu screen (with the information about classes gods weapons, etc). so yeah this may take a while

edit: turns out that I have no idea what I am talking about as most of the ideas inside the book would be incredibly inconsistent as most of the book is done through unlocks. naga city here I come?

Ah, so that's what you meant. In that case, see my previous hint to shade_of_ox. And no, you very much do not need to go through the codex nor demonic library. Here's a more explicit hint if you need it:

yeah I saw the margins thought of books then thought of demonic 'library' but that turns out not to be the answer. my next best guess came in the form of looking for books throughout the item section of the codex to try and find any books. I found two things. 1st was the mass09 banking ledger but that's not really a book, 2nd was diary diary, a book written by a goat, I totally forgot where to find it but even still having the player find and read an item located in a subdungeon sounds stupid but it's all I have unless the avatar's codex has some significance (which would be hilarious but how would the goat's have access to the codex)
