Human Fighter in Slime Pit
Very lenient run today, with LEMMISI and WEYTWUT near the entrance to let you reveal important stuff and get everything in motion at level 1 for a caster fighter. Elven Boots in the sub to give you a nice max mana. Mystera/Binlor/Taurog are the default gods.

LEMMISI with Agnostic Collar and Dracul prep let me find MA and Taurog and desecrate them immediately after worhipping Drac.

A pure Dracul run was pretty good with 3 levels of Sanguine, 2 levels of blood steal and plenty of piety that I didn't need left over.

Dwarf Chemist, Hexx Ruins

Standard Hexx run. I made a lot of miscalculations, so my XP and Piety could have been a lot higher.

I took Binlor's altar prep, and got Binlor/GG/JJ

Anyways, with the hint provided above I decided to prep Binlor then hope to find either GG or JJ at level 1. I found GG and proceeded to stay with him for the whole run. Never even needed to convert my potions thanks to that blue bead and the massive max mana of elven boots plus enlightenment.


Also, for the first time in many, many long months I am building on my longest streak. Hopefully this is the end of my rut. Hopefully...

Pretty crappy set of preps today, IMO. And the shops and spells were not what I like to see in Hexx Ruins. I love IMAWAL in the ruins but it didn't show up either and neither did EM. sigh

Ended up prepping Dracul but took JJ first to get a little extra mana. Switched to Dracul later and was VERY happy to see that Revenants don't count as undead in his eyes.

Still, it was awfully close. Used up all black space and killed everything but for one Revenant before attacking Stheno. Needed two full healings from Drac to finish the fight. Still didn't reach level 10.

I almost lost because I made stupid mistake due to tiredness.

I killed enemy thinking that I will level up from it and I did not. I was surrounded by revenants and had only couple of hit points and no mana left.

Fortunately I still had the prepped Slayer Wand.

I'm amazed at what Tinker and others can do with piety. All those god jumps. Piety farming and exploring at level 1. I get nervous just thinking about eating up that much black space without killing stuff.

So, I just got a weird error with Steam, was working fine when I booted up my laptop, closed it later and then saw this error message that said "Failed to load SteamUI.dll" everytime I tried to fire up Steam.

Luckily, a quick google search gave me the solution: Delete some file called "beta" in Steams/Package folder. For a moment, I thought I couldn't complete my daily today (not sure about the web version, does it still work?).
