I've always found Berserker Gold to be one of the easy ones. All you really have to do is go MA, take Mystic Balance, Refreshment, some Magic, and then Flames right before the boss. And since physical damage and health is utterly irrelevant during the boss fight, you can blow potions to level up more and pick up weakening stacks left and right with small consequence. Then for the boss fight you just use Alchemist Pact to level up without ruining your burning stack and continue the fireball barrage until the boss is dead. It's really quite a straightforward challenge. I'd rate it easier than Warlord or Sorcerer, frankly. As for bloodmage, the silver is tricky for a silver but the gold is a joke once you understand the strange gimmick. The Church, however, has Paladin and Monk gold which are probably the two hardest.

bloodmage silver was actually what sorta stopped me from trying to get the veto slot form mage guild because I killed phase one only to see a though phase 2 which crushed me, I also know very little how to play bloodmage and went in human as I elven as I recall. also I still haven't done monk silver either so... yeah probs not doing church for a while

edit: completed bloodmage silver and gold. so now 4 veto slots that I need to customize

Just unlocked the Scrooge badge. It looks pretty straightforward - honestly, it gives you so many extra resources, that the only way you wouldn't be able to get it would be if your run put you literally on your last legs. The amount of blackspace provided and the gold the bosses drop is more than enough to compensate for the extra bosses you have to kill, unless you've gone all-in on a certain strategy that is killed by one of the bosses (like Tower of Goo, for instance).

sadly I know this can't be stopped but in oasis town all the monsters dog piled onto my subdungeon and I can't access it. this isn't the one required for the goat sacrifice so it's all good it's just funny to see, also when the boss swaps to golems twice when you trying to magic still won though and got the cutlass now.


edit: also how do you unlock the scrooge badge quest because I don't see a quest for it on my map so I think I need to do warmonger tinker first . that quest sucks and somehow I can never complete it.

Nice job on Cursed Cutlass! I'm a big fan of that item.
Yeah, I believe the scrooge badge quests are locked behind unlocking the rest of the north, which means you'll have to beat Supply Chain Analysis first. According to Avatar, that quest is a bottleneck for a lot of players.

I think I'm going to start trying for Heretic Gold soon. I just finished my scouting run of it.
Here are my thoughts on the initial strategy:

I really, REALLY hope there's no Pactmaker Ascendant I have to fight at the end, because these 8 already look kind of ridiculous to deal with.

Got No Handlebars with a Goblin Sorcerer without problems It really helps to know that Translocation Seal does not count towards Miser, got me a nice Crystal Ball

I also love Sorc, its my goto class for everything farm related. This run was just nice to play. Killed a lvl 3 at lvl 1, then a lvl 4, a lvl 6, a lvl 8, everytime with bonus XP, then Yendor for 1 mid fight levelup + a kill for another and the first boss was down with 70 damage Specialist was a pain for Sorc, but with BLUDTOPOWA it was not a real problem.

Now to Oasis town...
