Cleared Frigid Battlefield Purist.
This run was very close. I took an Orc Wizard, a standard Purist build of mine. My gods were Binlor, EM, and Dracul. I found Binlor rather late but still warshipped him for the PISORF and ENDISWAL. I used Stone Skins to hit the Frostbite boss and survive the Physical Resist boss until I ran out of health potions, then I switched to Dracul and took some Blood Tithes and Blood Swells. I had precast CYDSTEPP and ended up having to use my DP and buy a Badge of Honor for a second DP to finish off the two bosses. I was completely out of resources at that point.
By the way, I was right that you need to kill them both in one go, right? The sign next to the start reminded me of the Yin and Yang subdungeon, and them both having No Experience pretty much confirmed my suspicion of this. If this weren't the case, I feel this dungeon would be far too easy. Nice catch on the Protective Blessing - without it I think I could have just killed them both with PISORF without even thinking.
I think what really makes this dungeon is that this is the first time you really have to deal with new enemy types. I don't think there are any vanilla enemies in this dungeon. Also, the Labyrinth-style generation means you're pretty much forced to deal with a lot of enemies you'd want to avoid normally (though with Binlor this wasn't much of an issue). Fortunately, most of the monsters were very easy to deal with for a Wizard - Swampsouls, Sun Priestesses, Forgotten Kinsmen and Soul Suckers all have quite low stats. The only really dangerous enemy here are probably the Freezing Wraiths. Leveling was quite easy because of this, but I wasn't trying very hard (and also wasted a lot of resources before I found Binlor), so I only managed to make level 7 going on 8. I maybe should have gone EM, but I really didn't want to take EM with no PISORF, no ENDISWAL, and labyrinth terrain gen. With more aggressive leveling you can probably make level 9 without using too many resources (and blackspace doesn't matter because you can't regen fight 2 bosses at once, anyway).
I'm not excited to do this with Monk. I think he's gonna have a hard time, between the Weakening boss and the Frostbite. Maybe I'll try taking in the Codex and seeing what I can do with that.
