* Vampire in Grimm's Grotto *

Perished. This makes it my 3rd Vampire loss in a daily and 3rd Grimm Grotto's loss in a daily. Just not good with Vamps, when I don't play like one, not using lifesteal properly, etc.

Today's map also had too many undead. I was only able to reach level 8 (104 HP) and couldn't take a hit from the boss (105 damage). Bad news, I killed too many life-steal-able popcorn earlier on and thus had no way to overheal to put in enough hits to kill him. Also, didn't level up efficiently enough (probably should have used wonafyt and not just convert it off) and I wanted to try to at level up to 9 to be able to tank a hit from the boss but found out unfortunately, that I was just a few XP short from the monsters left to kill.

Also had to kill a L6 meatman to level up (would have been a good source of overheal), just like as mentioned, played badly.

Didn't help also that the shops had nothing to boost life, be it Health Pendant or Bloody Sigil.

I sort of expected to lose, so not really feeling that bad. Not really that good with Vampires and combined with GG just makes this daily tricky enough.

Dwarf Transmuter in Eastern Tundra
Transmuter is just way over the top. I prepped GG because I really like GG Transmuters, and even at a fairly casual pace I got past 300. ;)

Dwarf Monk in Rock Garden
Dwarf Monk is really good at hitting stuff, and getting away with it; normally it doesn't amount to much, but when you have Corrosive Strike: 2, you can go very far with a basic Mystera package.

I remember seeing the MA altar, and deciding not to because I was already whacking with regen well enough. I didn't even pick up the rune until I had already whacked the physical resist boss down to near death. Only used EM at the end for some mana to finish off the FIrstborn.

* Human Transmuter in The Slime Pit *

I used all three gods today (they were good for whacking things today). SMM got walloped again and again with huge (and getting huger) hits, because, well, Human Transmuter with a stockpile of runes and good conversion fodder in the shops. The extra health from the prep keg just kept things rolling without needing to even level up in the middle.

I was kind of worried because I'm tired and while I like Transmuters they do require some extra thinking, but it ended up being relaxing and fun run.

I did the same. My play totally tanked after the first few kills, but it didn't really matter, because thanks to those I had enough popcorn to level up four more times. Even forgot about Humility until much later... I guess Glenrick + Wicked Guitar + IMAWAL is just a murder of a start.

Orc Berserker in The Labyrinth
I could not de-clog the map properly despite early JJ find (10 mana for moving a monster is a bit steep, especially when you sometimes only gain 2-3 tiles of exploration in return).

Items were Wicked (TM) awesome, also altars were quite OK. I messed up the conversion a bit, stayed far too long in JJ, I think I should've swapped out at L1 like how I usually do, this in turn would've given significantly more GG piety.

For brute force fans, there's also a Taurogzerker option today.

I deliberately did the sub fights earlier, pro tip if you have the Guitar, you actually gain more XP if you do the fights at L9 instead of L10 (and same amount if you do them at L8). I needed the blackspace and the money (I know, I know, such mercenary attitude is not very chivalrous... :) ).
