I seriously need to practice DD again. Four losses in the past week, and roughly 10 in the past month...just terrible. SMM at 6HP is just disappointing.

Very easy, even if the altars weren't that suitable for power-leveling.

Regarding that whole Frank vs. SMM discussion. They are both very tough and it greatly depends on situation which one is tougher. I would say that SMM is generally tougher but has more situational disadvantages than Frank - for example Life Steal and regen fighting (especially with poison). Those situational disadvantages can turn SMM into much more manageable or even make him complete pushover. Frank has lot less going against him, I think mainly Priests getting huge damage bonus against him, but that doesn't trivialize him, it just makes him more like your everyday boss.

Gonna provide major spoilers for those who need help (not that this daily is tough, it isn't) and for those who can use the information to pull off amazing stuff (you know who you are, ).

So, don't be like me, didn't want to worship the first 2 gods I found, and by the time I found the 3rd god which was ok, I pretty much have explored the whole map and couldn't get much out of him/her.
