Why scrape the seal exactly, make it dirt cheap to prep and maybe up the bonus a little, and make players work for the alch lvl 3 uavendale Bridge stone unlockerable so that Havendale bridge becomes a really good place to bring a conversion seal

That's too niche; we'd have one item that basically gives 50 CP on your first glyph conversion, and one item that gives 150 CP right away. Differing cost is not a sufficient variation to merit having such overlap. Scrap it modify it if this is done.
