Another titan falls. A moment of silence.

Overall wasn't as bad as I was fearing. There's not a lot of options for blood cows without getting swarmed by the snake spawn on Magma Mines. However, the find of Platemail in the shop pool made it smooth sailings in the end. Kudos to Lujo going purist on this one, I wouldn't have risked my streak doing that here.

I only unlocked Vampire a week or two ago. Good thing I did. I might've derped this if I hadn't practiced the class before and knew how cows worked.

I used the popular pro build, I found out after the fact. Balanced Dagger is nice because you don't want to take a lot of damage or use up pools while leveling up. You will lose some popcorn, but really it's the level 5-7 low-damage stuff that you really want to save. Vamp blade is one of those times where MOAR OF THE SAME THING is actually good, but of course the Platemail in the store was the star player. Venom Dagger was a bit of nice conversion fodder. ENDISWAL was sort of useful, but I converted it as soon as I knew where the bosses were and I knew that I didn't need it to tank a single hit. Fireball prep for safety, and because it was up against a god (literally useless) and... something else, almost as useless perhaps, but I forget.

Patches might have been fun, but other stuff was on the table and I wasn't there for shenanigans, and I didn't really want a chance of a bad teleport.

I was able to kill the last boss at 8 using a lot of potions but with a lot of blood pools left over. Kind of close, though. I would have only gotten a few more hits in, maybe 5 or 6 with a little lifesteal, or possibly more than that if I healed my cows and tried to out-heal the boss (but that may have failed)

Welp, Lujo gains the balls of steel award for going purist on this one. I've not been playing vamps for too long. I took patches, fine sword and extra glyphs (sadly no Getindare, Weytwut or Wonafyt). Them snakes are great vamp fodder. I didn't know you could buy Quicksilver and Reflex potions in the dungeon's shops... is that a change or a daily-specific thing?

@Sitnaltax, not the way I wanted to climb a rank. Commiserations.
