Well, I never did end up beating Heavy Reading or getting as close to beating the Grandmaster as you did, so I guess we each have our own strengths. :)

Cursed Cutlass is a no-brainer now that I think about it, because Crusader is immune to its curses anyway, and the other two characters aren't going to be using resists. What do you mean by other potions? Does the boss have some corrosion or weakening? That won't be good...

By the way, are there any significant subdungeon items I'm still missing? I think someone said I'm missing the most interesting items, but aside from the Scrying Orb, I haven't found anything that affects the game that much.

:D Be aware, that Cursed Cutlass still curses the Crusader like Blood Swell! But one low level kill and you are golden :)

And also to part 3: Did you notice the statues in the final boss room? They play a role later on ;-)

To items: I found a walking stick the other day (+1 health regen and +2 base damage), which seems massive for a monk, but other than the scrying orb I have no idea...

I finished Fee Fi Fo Fun part 3 ! :) Now I am quest free until the next content update, woohoo :)

Fido seems strange and I forgot to put him in the locker, damn it... have to go in there again after the patch, so I am not tempted to try him :D

On the other hand, the Troll class seems awesome! What a creative idea! Went into Den of danger and really took a moment before figuring out how to play this class. You regen fight against low HP, high damage enemies the best... that is sooooo strange :D

I am sad, that there are no class challenges for the monster classes, would something like that be feasible?

And what do to now... heretic gold? curious dungeons? more puzzles?

After I finished the quests, I went around doing all the Curious I could (which was all of them except for EB). Heretic Gold is also very fun and similar in difficulty to the Gilded Goat, I would say. Any of those are a pretty tough challenge that should keep you occupied for a while.

After that, I suppose it's time to start rainbowing all the dungeons again.

Congratulations!!!

If you want some very demanding and fun challenge, I suggest Heretic Gold (please put all you strategy discussions about it inside spoiler tags, I really want to try it with a fresh mind when I'll have time to do it)

If you want to relax a little, first you can try the Curious dungeons. And if you want some more challenge try the Vicious Curious. Some of them will be revamped pretty soon, so you can wait for them being release or go see them now to have a taste of their current version and see the what will change in the next release.

- Curious Dragon Isles will be made harder
- Curious PC will be much less easy to abuse with Yendor
- Curious EB will be easier (it's almost impossible as it is now) and will also be even more epic (I'm speaking more epic that anything you've seen in the game so far, even VGT and the Gilded Goat, IMHO)

Hopefully all these revamps, along with a boatload of various changes and fixes (looking at you, Fido) shall arrive soon. I still have to work on that epic EB, and a few remaining bugfixes. Unfortunately the South is still quite far (but well advanced at the same time, around 50% complete), so it won't be part of the next patch.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

By the way, about the Troll:
The thing I like the most about it is Troll Brain and how much piety it allows you to farm when used in the right way. Like much, much more than a chemist or anyone else.
For instance, I believe that, if played correctly, a Troll of JJ can get Petition, 4 stacks of Boost Health and Boost Mana, and Chaos Avatar on top. This is huge. It is also extremely long and repetitive to pull of (maybe worse than Infinimuter)

I never thought about that, but it basically allows you to play peekaboo with BOTH your health and mana. That's pretty ridiculous. I'm also thinking about a caster troll with BLUDTUPOWA and Mystera.

OK, I got to the final (I hope) stage of Gilded Goat.

Thoughts:
I had BYSSEPS, GETINDARE, ENDISWAL, and PISORF, but I accidentally converted PISORF at the end of part 2, which probably cost me the run, even though I had Vampiric Blade, Platemail, AND Serpentine Shield.

You REALLY need PISORF to skip the resist cycle. BURNDAYRAZ is too expensive. Also IMAWAL and corrosion/weakening cures are necessary. The idea is to use the statues as bloodcows until he spawns a second one, and then petrify the first one (wiping debuffs around halfway through). I think a second round of debuff cures is worth more than reflexes + quicksilver, so I'll be changing my preps accordingly. Also, glyph conversion values really barely matter, so I'll probably be taking More Glyphs just to get IMAWAL easier.

Time to veto some worthless shop items...

Given what you just wrote, I'm quite confident your next attempt should be successful (unless bad luck or misplay of course).

You're almost there!
