It was REALLY fascinating! Quite lucky (Spider Temple, good items), but still tensely!
...I just realized how I forgot about worshipping at Metal Spider altar to get another full refill potion.

All badges failed.
There was incredible awesome moment in the beginning- when I killed 3 magic monsters and collected piety for Skullpicker, I couldn't reach Taurog's altar, it was close to entrance, but blocked by 4-7 levels... And then I look close at walls near him... And what do I see? Secret sub! Perfectly prepped Transmutation seal - unlocked both secret sub and altar just in time. But still then I runned out of food and couldn't kill L2 Warlock... So leveled via Yendor, I'm always prepping it for Goat, the best prep for it!

It took me 3-4 tries, normally I died horribly the first time I saw a stage, and had to re-adapt earlier stages to accommodate for the challenges of all the subsequent ones. I guess that's the point of the Triple Quests, nobody really wins them at first try!

Anyway, tons of fun, now to tidy up the wiki page (and maybe replay with LEMMISI to map the later stages too).

Big congrats! Nailing it in only 3-4 tries is very impressive. It probably took me a dozen just to get 3-2 down (figuring out the trick with standing in the wall to keep it from forming helped a lot).

I like the note you added to the wiki:

"most notably Retaliate:Fireball is one of the random abilities that can come up"

how do you unlock the triple quests?

I see. not sure if i got the special edition. i bought it for ipad, i think it's called the 'extended edition' or something like that. i got all the altars but not all monster classes yet.
