It's always fun to fireball a boss down with retaliate. Especially if you have a 6 fireball/level goblin who dings all the way to 5 prestige.

I really like the Battlemagering on chemists - add a bit of corrosion or Mystera's flames, and you can regenfight stuff five levels higher than you with fireballs alone. Awesome!
Didn't get that much greenblood though, for fear of cluttering up everything, and I used my manapotions a bit to liberal, could've started fighting the bosses a lot earlier, but it took me a while to find another manapotion. The bosses fell like dominos afterwards though, each one giving me a level up, and Herp was felled with a couple clearances. Forgot about my shops tbh, but Battlemage chemist kinda rolls through most maps easily.

I'm wondering if there was a subdungeon or not - I didn't find any, but I used EM pretty liberally by the End and petrified a lot. And does anybody know why their's a difference in time between the afterscreen and the leaderboard? The game says it took me 13 minutes, the leaderboard says 20.

Magma Mines, Human Chemist

Not a hard dungeon usually, but the race/class combo is less than perfect. Maybe Human in Health Form with 2MP/hit for BYSSEPS would be the strongest race/class synergy available, but the preps were caster-friendly, while the shops were mostly rubbish. It was a bit of a pain trying Mystera my way through two bosses with a class who doesn't potion-spike very well. My biggest mistake was not using LEMMISI. You REALLY want to spot all the bosses as early as you can with this class, or else you'll have no hope of leveraging your potions to any good end. It's hard to believe that I neglected this important detail after all this time. Anyway, I made it, thanks to the fairly generous blackspace in the subdungeon and Mystera. Wouldn't ever want to do this one again, though. A Hard dungeon with an awkward setup is not my kind of preferred challenge.

Well, despite the obvious Mystera combo, I decided to try GG. I gotta say meh. Converting potions for piety and sidestepping the class features entirely is decent, but nothing special really.

Dead easy: Chemist, BM Ring, Magnet: Fireball, Mystera, Cydstepp, Wonafyt on the map... EM as a backup god. You can literally DING->Refreshment->Regenfight (with either resource)->Clearance on this one if you're so inclined, and a piety potion at level 1 lets you bowl up popcorn, grab 2 mana boosts and a super early mystic balance. I had half the map and a sub untouched at the end.

I reckon a Chemist with this setup could take this map with a VT.

@Darvin, yeah, GG from my testing does very little for Chemists compared to MA.

I forgot about the Chemist special effect for potions AGAIN but luckily I had a huge unexplored subdungeon to regen-fight the last boss at the end.

What's a piety potion?
