This is one of the race characteristics we've brainstormed before, the major issue is that this essentially ups the resource effectiveness in the game by an unreasonable amount eventually once you've converted 4-5 times. It's almost like the Orc was initially, except worse...

If we can find a way to make that sort of concept work, we'd go for it. Maybe in a sequel or something
