Sorcerer is a pretty powerful class but his healing ability actually isn't good the later you get. At level 9/10 a puny 12 HP per fireball is kind of terrible, really.

Though Sorcerer reams the early game and for normal/hard difficulty dungeons, he's pretty boss. He just doesn't quite have to power to stand amongst the tops like Paladin or Cyddstep Rogue.

Edit: I wouldn't mind seeing Elf at 55-65 conversion point rate.

I'm fond of Elf Rogues, although that's due in large part to style points. They do rock about as hard as Orc Rogues if you're scumming for CYDSTEPP. 65 point conversions would probably be an improvement.

Dwarf Paladins were fairly strong before Paladins lost their 50% HP recovery. But not anymore.

Funny thing, I always Play human rogues. I guess it's a bad habit.

Also, wouldn't a halfling with a tri-sword be better?

I did that with a human wizard...

Halfling wizard with taurog and tri-sword makes that mission really easy.

If you can nab TT poison boon, it's much better.

1) Orc
2) Human
3) Elf
4) Dwarf
5) Goblin
6) Halfling/Gnome: I just don't like potions as much as permanent boosters.

I use humans much more...
