Dracul resistance boon problem

I was just doing the level Magma Mines as a Monk and I worshipped Dracul. Upon getting the resistance boon my resistances went down to 15% instead of up to 65%, the boon says "INCREASE resistances by 15%" not "SET resistances to 15%" Please fix.

Yeah, it has worked every time for me... You must have desecrated Binlor, sending your resist to 0.

Or lowered your max resistances with Dracul's other boons maybe?

That must be it, I never could figure out what Binlor does for punishment so that would be why because I always desecrate him, thanks guys.
