I finally got around to doing it. It's really not much harder than Naga City.

I agree with whoever called it more of a puzzle than a dungeon. Once you figure out what gods to worship when (and that you need a RBS), it isn't so bad.

But is has 1 strategy for all classes unlike naga city which has many...

A puzzle shouldn't be an hour dungeon... It should be pruned out

Ugh, I almost beat Naga City with a Wizard, but had no way to survive Bleaty.

It's definitely possible, but it would definitely take scumming for HALPMEH and BLUDPOWA. If you can get those, just grab the Poison boon from Tikki-Tooki and figure out how to survive Bleaty (CYDSTEPP, Body Pact, and Absolution+Enlightenment seem like the best bets).

Edit - I was a Human Wizard and brought Dragon Shield.

Yup, that strategy will work. It'll take some scumming, as they all do, but with the right combo of glyphs and items it's doable.

It's a shame there wasn't a new years update...

Make it that you can't regen mana until the CYDSTEPP protection is used, and that nerds it...

Btw, that was a really sloppy run. Previous 2 failed as I couldn't reach the cap, this time i got lucky with patches so... Anyway, I blew all my potions at the warlocks, and had no regen tiles left above the EM floor after that, I blew 20 max HP to be able to get out of dracul when I joined him for the resists, couldn't reach the subdungeon on acount of no ENDISWAL.

Turns out I got the boss down to about one hit left withut a single bloodswell. With soul orb, halpmeh and 65% resists. With boodswells, I wouldn't need Whoopaz. Anyway, just another nail in the coffin.
