Wow, on the corrosion.

How much does Greenblood cost? Is it 5+0?

Mage Account:
Unlock Mystera, TT, and EM. (Mystera for casters duh, TT for prereq, EM for greenblood).
Fireheart, Battlemage Ring, Martyr Wraps, Mage Plate, Crystal Ball, Soul Orb. (Whurrgarbl is also a possibility...)
Switch to using EM's greenblood after getting all the boons you want from mystera during the run.

Should make life pretty easy for most hard/vicious dungeons this way using Fireball.

Entanglement is great for casters, in like two dungeons - slow disables Counter Fireball. Pity you can't use it against Namtar's later forms.

So is corrosion damage still considered physical? Or unresistable? Or whatever damage type you're doing? I know monster phys resist used to reduce it, and if that's still the case then a corroded fireball would have both damage types.

Since he talked about 2 damage paths I imagine corrosion adds to whatever type of damage you are using of the same type.

Namtar's Ward: The revised Namtar's Ward is a small item, which normally has no effect (or some small effect like +5% magic resistance). If you die while the Ward is in your inventory (death protection will not trigger it, and the Ward does not add the death protection status), the Ward will be sacrificed and you will be brought back to life. Upon resurrection, you gain a full HP/MP restore, along with curing all poison/manaburn/corrosion/weakness.

With the way milestones work currently, that's basically an alternate version of the Amulet of Yendor. Weakening/Corrosion and mis-click protection, but it can't level you up if you're below level 10.

That would also mean the ward would disappear upon use. Would have to spend 100 to re-locker it.
