**** BELOW IS ORIGINAL POST ****

Ok so there seems to be a focus lately on specific unlocking. However, I can't find any detailed information on where or how to unlock various things whether it be gods, items, classes, races or dungeons. Part of the problem is that the search function on the forums seems to dislike any word I use and claims it is too common.

I figure with people having been starting new profiles it might be good to document this information somewhere as people rediscover it.

So specifically the information *I* want to know is:

1) What items are unlocked specifically by which easy quests.
2) How do you unlock orc/goblin? Is it random and you can expect to reload dungeons 1-100 times or are there specific places that they appear? Are there prerequisites?
3) What dungeons are necessary to open the various vicious dungeons.
4) Where do you find the tinker? Is it random? Are there prerequisites?

Beyond that I would be happy to update this first post on any unlock info provided so EVERYONE can have a resource until such time that it is worth updating the wiki.

1) I don't know off the top of my head; the most important ones are the Agnostic Collar, Trisword, and Gloves of Midas, which respectively are unlocked by the Monk-exclusive, Warlord-exclusive, and Rogue-exclusive levels. Soul Orb is unlocked by the gnome village quest, which is another important item.

2) Goblins are found in the south, Orcs to the west. Just random chance. I found goblins on my first venture to the south, but I haven't found the Orcs yet.

3) To unlock Naga City to the south, you must first kill Stheno in the Hexx Ruins. Then play until you find a sub-dungeon filled with Naga, which will unlock the Ick Swamp level. Once you beat Ick Swamp, this unlocks Naga City. To unlock Dragon Isles in the west, just beat the Labyrinth with any class. To unlock Namtar's Lair to the east, beat the Halls of Steel with any class. There is also vicious-mode Halls of Steel, which is unlocked after beating hard-mode with four different classes. To the north, you unlock Demonic Library after completing the Shifting Passages with any class. Finally, vicious mode Gaan-Telet is unlocked by defeating hard-mode Gaan-Telet.

The Dragon Isles is the only vicious level with an important reward (the Dragon Shield).

4) Not sure about the Tinker's prerequisites, but you'll find him in a sub-dungeon that is hidden behind walls. You will need ENDISWAL to access it. I'm not sure what the prereqs are for him to appear.

Not sure if you're interested, but here's how deities work:

Glowing Guardian: found in the East
Dracul: found in the East (prerequisite: glowing guardian)
Mystera: found in the North
Jehora Jeheyu: found in the North (prerequisite: mystera)
Taurog: found in the West
Binlor: found in the West (prerequisite: taurog)
Tikki Tooki: found in the South
Earthmother: found in the South (prerequisite: tikki tooki)
Pactmaker: found anywhere (prerequisite: Unknown [anyone know?])

Here are some of the item unlocks:

Whhurrgll: From the Berserker quest (Punycrush McSissymage)
Trisword: From the Warlord quest (Bleaty)
Midas Gloves: From the Rogue quest (Lord Lut and Mr. Treshar)
Agnostic's Collar: From the Monk quest (Second Son)
Blue Bead: From the Sorceror quest (World of Goo)
Viper Ward: From the halfling village quest (Fangface)
Soul Orb: From the gnome village quest (Mr. Biggles)
Venom Blade: From Creeplight Contract (Assassin quest versus Anoobis)
Vampiric Blade: From the three-part Bloodmage quest in the west
Matyr Wraps: From the three-part Monk quest in the south
Witchalok Pendant: From the Halflings Ho! quest in Grim Grotto
Fire Heart: From the Ice and Fury quest (beat the berserker camp with 4 classes)
Mage Plate: From the Noises in the Dark quest (beat the Labyrinth with 4 classes)
Battlemage Ring: From the Minecraft quest (beat Magma Mines with 4 classes)
Sensation Stone: Dropped by the Troll at Havendale Bridge (must be lockered, does not appear in shops)
Hero's Helm: Confidence quest in Den of Danger

Dragonshield: Lockerable artifact from Dragon Isles
Avatar's Symbol: Lockerable artifact from Demonic Library
Namtar's Ward: Lockerable artifact from Namtar's Lair

Also, you can't find the Tinker unless you have already unlocked the Alchemist, which in turn requires you to have found the Philosopher's Stone. I have never found the PS without first getting a level 2 Bazaar, but that could just be a coincidence.

You missed Piercing Wand. You get it for beating Doubledoom with the three tier 3 classes (I think - I also forget the name of the quest).

I <3 this page. This is everything I wanted to know and more. Been looking for this to decide how to make class specific kingdoms.

How about monsters?
Sorcerer unlocks goat I believe?

Anyone know the requirements for the trisword quest? I've started a new profile and went as far as beating the hard tower, yet the quest hasn't shown up.
