How to unlock various classes and races?

Couldn't find this on the wiki. I would like to know how to unlock the following classes/races/classraces.

Transmuter
Vampire
Gorgon
Half-Dragon
Changeling
Goblin

Also the other deity's. Whichever dungeons they appear in the most. Thanks!

Try this topic.

Though I have to say: Changeling doesn't exist in the beta now (I think the devs has said that Changeling is not guranteed to be added at all)

I suppose this would be a good place to make this comment - the buildings for the races in town start at level 0 and max out at level 1... this is taunting for some players. Having a level for something with only two states kind of creates a false hope. It might be better to just use words to describe the building state (empty / full, etc) rather than a level, unless more levels will be added.

I also think that the UI is lacking some information.
If a building is at max level, the upgrade button should be hidden.
You stated that this will be fixed in the final version and I'm fine with it.

But, this specific UI element can be found in other parts of the game.
For example: in the god's panel it will be useful to mark a boon as "already acquired" or "not enough piety" to distinguish the reason of the disabled button.
Another example: in the shop panel, it could be useful to have an icon that specifies why a purchase is not possible (not enough money/not enough inventory space).
Another nice touch would be if spell glyphs are in a disabled state (grayed out) if the player has not enough mana to cast the spell or because of other conditions (like CYDSTEPP max health prerequisite)

My dreams of racial specific preparations has been crushed.

Then again, the current preparations needs some work before we stack on some more.

To elaborate, back when I saw that the racial building had (level 1) next to them, I imagined racial preparations that would help the "why the heck would I choose these race/class combination?" choices.

For example, Elf would get preparations that would help Elf Berserkers and Monks.

That'd be kinda cool... your a half orc (Orc conversion, any other pic). I mean, I'm kinda sick of elf and gnome wizards...
