misplaced text boxes and overlapping buttons

these may have been posted before - but in the windowed mode of DD many of the text boxes are being misplaced:
and
this is also happening with some of the user feedback boxes with the submit buttons being pushed off screen.
anyway just wanted to share in case those bugs have not been reported.
(Running the game in Chrome on Windows 7 64bit SP1)
