You don't prep Mystera when you want to do a fireball strategy, you prep a 4th altar then cross your fingers that you find Mystera early enough or else that you can convert into her religion from elsewhere.

I managed to do it with the goblin assassin! Unfortunately I couldn't complete the kill everything in there quest because I was afraid of being blocked out of the exit.

The dungeon walls stop appearing at a certain point. If you kill all the monsters, you can never get cut off from the exit.

That's good to know. At least it will be easier going back knowing now I can beat it.
