I'd say it's easier than complicated task part 5 (Warmonger Sorcerer on Berserker Camp). Trick on this challenge is setting up XP-catapults to level up in the middle of the boss fight. Since you can't use potions, XP-catapults take a higher priority. I wouldn't be too opposed to prepping GG here. Since you're never going to drink your potions, you never need to worry about converting out so you won't even need as much piety.
Here's an annotated playthrough I did a while back. There have been some balance changes since then that have weakened this approach, but it should still give you an idea of how to approach the dungeon.
