Vine Form's description says it's +2 HP and 1 DR, when it's +4 HP and 1 DR.

I don't think I've seen this one mentioned: the application of burning removes poisoning. ie, if I have whurrgarbl and intrinsic poisoning, the first hit on a critter puts a layer of burning on, but no poison. Subsequent hits allow both poison and burning. Haven't checked to see if the same is true of corrosion.

The change to using double-clicks on the map seems to have broken the options menu. Before I could rapidly click the volume button 3 times to drop it to 25%.

Now I have to wait at least half a second between clicks to get it to register. In fact, if I click fast enough it ignores every subsequent click. When testing this I clicked about 20 times and it stayed at 75% the entire time.

Try spacing out the clicks. One click, then wait, then two, then wait, etc.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

That problem with needing to space clicks applies to boons too (i.e. Stone Heart).

Vicious Gaan-Telet as a vampire. Got an Animated Armour down to 1HP with no death protection and a layer of burning. Left the floor, killed a lvl1 Meat Man, got experience for the AA. Went back. The AA is still there with 0HP, invisible, immortal and fighting back. Tried attacking it normally and with fireball, no effect. On the screenshot, the AA is standing one tile below me.

Yet another reason to remove this floor, if you ask me :P

Smashing the Illusion Stone (I forget what exactly it's called) in Vicious Gan'telet gives you experience for killing all the Illusions.

I found the Illusion floor at level 1 and was surprised to very suddenly be level 8
