Got this weird starting location after restarting the vicious Tower many, many times:

There were no stairs on my starting tile. Taking the visible stairs led me here:

It seems that if a monster occupies the spot on the main level where the altar is meant to spawn, the altar gets relocated - sometimes to weird locations:

I've also had the altar appear outside the center circle. Didn't get far enough to convert and see what happened with the new altar.

I'm still getting the "win" prediction (as opposed to "barley win") when I have death protection, lifesteal, and will use up the death protection to get the kill.

EDIT: I think it might be when you lose the death protection due to death gaze. The plate mail might also be involved.

I think someone might have mentioned this, not sure. Cursed Oasis is one I try not to play, but my PQI is always there now.

Anyway, petrified something on the uncursed side, happened to be under the cursed boss. Can't hit him.

Cursed oasis again: just strange things. I clicked on an open space. Game froze for about a minute, I clicked on another tab, I came back, there was now a bandit where there hadn't been one before, and I had hit him. Also, I gained 50 piety.

Now I remember why I don't adventure there.

One minor bug I have: When you hit restart, sometimes the game restarts twice. By this, I mean one map generates and I hear the ka-ching sound, and then another does the same. I assume this also charges twice for preps.

I did search for this issue, and there are other posts, but none in this bug report thread, so I figured I'd add my two cents. I'd estimate it at about 20-30% of the time.

This is not a bug but i think it is major confusing that pepper the zombie dog activates on picking up instead of activating him from the inventory.
