Tinker Silver, it crashed after I used the cracked orb and tried to fireball the wraith.

Tinker Silver will not stop crashing. It usually happened quickly after I used the broken orb, but this time it was B2P that set it off. That's like my 8th crash on a winning run. The bug is more dangerous than the boss.

EDIT: Actually, it literally crashes as I cast fireball and mouse over a monster.

The game is crashing for me whenever I mouseover a potion in the Apothecary. I lost a good attempt at Rogue Hoarder in VHoS before I figured out what was going on, not that I could have done it without that potion.

This is only kind of a bug, but I realized that the VHoS description makes no mention of BlahBlah, despite that he does not appear in HHoS. It's Probably worth adding.

Strange undocumented behaivior with transmutation seal and fewer glyphs.

I used the blue seal on a "extra CP" glyph, and got 150% to my next conversion. If I then transmuted a 150 CP glyph i would get 375 - which is fine. But if I transmute the other glyph first, the bonus doesn't add up, but in fact goes down to 100%.

Which is strange. And not actually shown anywhere.
