Two things:
1.You only lose 10%, not 20%. You typed twenty. It might have been a typo.
2. You aren't counting the less regen monsters get from burning.
3. When you're using a regen strategy, you'll actually get to loose more fireballs at the opponent.

Did that change? I could have sworn it was 20%

So yeah, for everyone except Gorgons and Non-Human Monks it's an improvement regardless of your level.

Irrelevant; that applies whether you have the sigil or not.

3. When you're using a regen strategy, you'll actually get to loose more fireballs at the opponent.

Actually this is incorrect; because your relative health regeneration is higher due to the sigils, you'll actually get fewer fireballs per attack than without it.

Hmm... Fair enough.

The sigil has been 10% forever I believe.

Sigil changed from 20% to 10% at the same time as its other revisions were made.

That would explain it. Quite a substantial net buff you gave the Bloody Sigil, all things considered. Still, as a double-edged and low shop-density item it probably merits the stronger effect.

I'mma say something I might regret, hopefull it'll be skimmed over. And I can't test anything as I'm stuck in a post-vacation obligations mess.

The changes to the sigil made it a very nice item. I've been using it before (there's a pattern to this behaivior with me), back when I used Sigil + Pendant + Troll Heart to rack up big health really early. I'm stuck in the mentality that it's a buy and convert later kind of item, while the only relevant remnant of that status is the dirt cheap gold cost. It's a nice little thing to have around and tack onto a burning/blackspace strat right now.

And now the actuall buy and convert item, the Troll Heart, is getting complaints about the price from Darvin.

How about either swapping the prices for a few updates, or, making them BOTH dirt cheap (around 10 or 12 should do the trick)?

I like this. The Bloody Sigil can handle a small cost increase in its current form, and the troll heart doesn't necessarily need to be improved if it just costs a bit less. They're medium-low shop density items, which should be impulse buys that you end up picking up quite often. I agree that 10-12 is a fair price point for both.

And it just occurred to me that the Wicked Guitar can't turn it up to 11

This must be rectified as soon as humanly possible.

Unfortunately, that would be a net nerf on an item that's already difficult to apply effectively.

Step 1: Head to your nearest video rental service. This may be a store, iTunes or the pirate bay, your choice.

Step 2: Rent, buy or download Spinal Tap.

Step 3:Turn that guitar up to ELEVEN
