Maybe useful against Djinns or bosses. It should allow magic classes more potential and dropping of phys resist champs.
I like the concept.

Perhaps. If only there was slowing strike. That would be awesome.

hm nice synergy with EMs slow! It will give you a powerful fireball opening on each monster!

Honestly I can't think of any use for it, other than as a finishing blow (which is so not worth it, vis a vis taking one of the other vicious trophies) or with Earthmother. Using WEYTWUT or WONAFYT with it is actually MP-inefficient; you'll do more damage for less MP just casting two fireballs. Even with Earthmother, you're probably not much better off than you'd be with the Plantation/Clearance trick, especially if you have any of the other fireball boosters. It would be pretty handy if you were fireballing something that already has counter fireball, but I can't think of any situation where you'd actually want to do that (or at least not so much that it would be worth foregoing some other locker item).

And now the game doesn't load for me - Unity crashes with a bad file length error (on the desktop that hasn't been having the general loading issues that my laptop has).

With that fireball effect, I'm imagining some kind of funky spellcaster Monk build.

Hmm... If that fireball did more than his attack. There's actually some potential there.

I have a question (although hardly related this update). How far west do you have to go to unlock paladin silver? I have completed both the Berserker Camp and Halls of Steel (hard).
