Faithless does not belong below purist. I can get more resources out of Drac or Tiki alone. I say
Warmonger/Hoarder: 5 pts
Purist/Faithless: 4 pts
Unstoppable/Parches: 3 pts
Ding! Max: 2 pts
Specialist/Cheeky: 1 pt

As for other possible scoring aspects (remember, the endscreen has extra stats):
1 pt per 5 bonus exp
-1 pt per 25 wasted tiles
-1 per used other potion

Also, we need some way to score the different random bosses.

Just a couple suggestions.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

My attempts at this were all with a Berserker in the Western Forest. What you are hoping for is a pile of strategically placed Warlocks, Dragons, and Wraiths. It might be doable with a strategic unlock of monster types. My dream list would be Dragons, Wraiths, Goats, Gorgons. You would also have to have Zombies, Meatmen, Goblins and Warlocks because those are the starting set. I don't remember the unlock order, but I doubt I could get that exact list without also unlocking Goo Blobs or some other monster that I don't really want.

Yeah, I can get behind Darvin's new list.

I'd still much rather do Warmonger than Hoarder or Purist. And you can't forget that doing Warmonger means you'll get Specialist.

Avatar - I strongly disagree on Faithless being on the same level as Purist. Half the time I'll pick it up just because I don't feel like dealing with any restrictions.

Really, Warmonger that high?

It's much more situational, and with preps it's laughably easy wherever it's doable at all. Really.

Unless we're looking to stack badges where it overrules purist and parched.

If not, I'd personally rank feeling parched as the PITA badge, with warmonger, if shooting for it right at the bottom. Faithless also influences having a shot at other badges. Only place I had problems with Warmonger was Magma Mines and maybe someplace I don't remember right now, otherwise it's the easiest besides cheeky IMO.

Warmonger is easy on Magma Mines as long as you sacrifice Purist for Whrgarbl.

Alternatively, you can sacrifice Miser or Faithless if you're willing to depend on luck.

The best way to resolve this would actually be to run the challenge and see which medals end up in the top-scoring sets. If warmonger is over-represented near the top, then it probably has been assigned too many points. So, let me just lay out the formal rules before I branch off into a new thread:

Dungeon of the Day (or so) Scoring Challenge
At 8:00 PM Pacific time (4:00 AM GMT), I will roll a 12-sided die in order to select a dungeon at random from the following list of directional dungeons:

Rock Garden (1), Creeplight Ruins (2), Hexx Ruins (3), Havensdale Bridge (4), Cursed Oasis (5), Berserker Camp (6), Slime Pit (7), Magma Mines (8), Shifting Passages (9), Hard Halls of Steel (10), Ick Swamp (11), or Labyrinth (12)

I will immediately post my roll and open the competition. Any DD player can then submit a screenshot showing a successful run. They will then be awarded points based on their medals based on the scoring below:

Warmonger and Hoarder = 5 points each
Purist = 4 points
Faithless, Unstoppable, Parched and Miser = 3 points each
Ding! Max = 2 points
Specialist and Cheeky = 1 point each

The contest ends as soon as the devs post their Friday update (so we don't run across more than one game version), and the highest-scoring user at the time is declared the winner. Users may submit as many entries as they like, but only the highest-scoring will be counted.

^ rules above look okay?

Nice! You should make an individual thread for this.

Also, there are no race/class restrictions?
