Ugh, I had a post that apparently got eaten. Here's my shortened rehash:

I disagree with the new scoring system because it assumes too much about what resulted in higher scores. No one should be surprised that Warmonger and Faithless were underrepresented in the challenge including the Paladin.

If we had been doing monster classes, Hoarder would have gone up to 6 and Warmonger would have dropped to 4!

I don't like calculating things solely based on the high scores, since it ends up with incorrect scorings, such as Hoarder being considered much easier than Warmonger. (i.e. a Hoarder only run is harder since it forces you into a partial Purist, Miser, and Warmonger since you're stuck with only six inventory slots).

I personally like the new scoring.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

What's the next run? I'm curious if I can reach it and my bank is getting full with nothing to spend gold on so I have to bust open a new 2nd directional dungeon. I got South up to Hex, but I can participate in and 1st and 2nd tier directional run, most likely (got gold to unlock relevant class that unlocks a dungeon).

My class/deitiy selection is a bit limited though...

Getting Unstoppable and Ding! MAX! would have made Sidestepper's run match Avatar's already. And he took Purist too...

You're making decisions based off of 5 runs, 2 of which are yours, which only consist of 4 classes. That's not anything remotely close to a decent sample size.

We should also do Vicious dungeons instead. Since right now we're only determining which combination of eight or nine badges is the easiest to get.

Also, you should probably hold your score a little longer before posting it. I didn't feel like spending a few hours this weekend just to, at best, tie you. It's discouraging :)

With Vicious dungeons i would be out. I'm happy that i defeated Demonic Library. Dragon Isle will be next, but probably i'll try first to get the Agnostic Collar and upgrade the Bank (hope there are at max lvl also preps).
