Sure, we'll drop warmonger down to 5 next round and see how it plays from there. Perhaps we could also figure out a "handicap" score for specific classes to avoid problems with the incomparable gulf between classes like the Wizard and Berserker. I'm also not sure what we should do for dungeon selection. On the one hand, I think we're overdue for Labyrinth, Shifting Passages, Halls of Steel, or Ick Swamp to rear their heads in a competitoin. On the other hand, I want this to be accessible to newer players. Any ideas for dungeon selection.

Lastly, I think we should probably migrate to a Dungeon of the Week format and ensure the thread is visible on Thursday evening so anyone who wanted to make a news post about it on Friday morning could link to it.

That makes sense. Also, I think after this one ends we should just make an official Dungeon of the Day thread. You can post the first three's info, rules, and finalists. Then go from there.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

just had a thought, if we pick a tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 class and have them compete as separate categories, then players of all walks of life can join at least one, and won't be discouraged by a genre savvy vet walking in with the best overall choice (this was allready stated, just saying).

BUT:

The big bonus is that if it all happens in the same dungeon, participants at least get dungeon completion up in the game with up to 3 classes, which eventually leads to gold + it gives the dungeons playability.

Err, i think we just discovered multiplayer ^^

I think the dev's are gonna like this. I certanly hope they do, having such a system implemented at some point would be awesome. For now, I think I'll have me a romp with the other two classes.

(And err, the vets will submit to every category, but it'll still be a lot more fair)

Orc Tranmuter:
Parched (3), Miser (3), Cheeky (1), Ding (2), Specialist (1), Unstoppable (3)
= 13 points
Funny prep was Tikki Tooki, thought using the potions against the last boss. Thought against it to get parched and first used his XP-boon. After i found the Glowing Guradin and the Goo boss i was happy about TT. Gathered 100 piety and converted. With the Magic strike the Goo Tower was easy (think otherwise i wouldn't have had enough mana to fireball him to death).

I had to buy one health potion. One. health. potion. Ugh. This is too embarrassing for me to keep going.

Yup, and with a time of 6:30 your win looks pretty secure.
