Slime pits is also pretty ok once you get expirience with it - the lack of quests was hurting those a lot.

Slime pits, though, still has the "debuff cesspool" problem of shafting several classes nastily, and sort of forcing you to go spellcaster even if you're not built for it.

At least it's a decent testing ground for power testing (mostly) pure spellcaster strats.

Yeah. The subdungeons and the Dragon Soul "buff" (the old one had a bad habit of being useless stat-wise due to curse stacks) have made CO a lot more tame. Labyrinth is still a strong contender for top spot, though.
