This might be a terrible idea, but I was playing Havnedale Bridge and just thought, "rain would look really nice here." I'm sure a few other stages would also work with a transparent weather graphic placed over the screen.

DD might not really be that kind of game, but its just a thought.

I'm always a sucker for weather effects. I like it.

I'm fine with it, as long as their not too distracting. Some things are hard enough to see as is (god sparkles on a similarly colored background), but I'd be okay. Also, weather might not always make sense. What if you're underground?
