Suggestion: Badge Calling

So I'm very impressed with the function in the PQI that let's you know that you've stuffed up getting the badge you need. The little tooltip if very cute, and if you screw up early it can save you a whole playthrough. I feel it could be very useful in other places too.

I propose harnessing that code to allow players to 'call' getting certain badges before a round, in the same way that the PQI gives you one by default.

I find it quite easy to accidentally fire off a glyph when going for warmonger, or casually convert something when going for hoarder. I often don't realize I'm doing it, so I get very disappointed and confused when it doesn't show on the victory screen.

If i could call the glyph before hand, I can just restart if I screw up. Easy!

You could also tie rewards or multipliers to calling: each one you call increases your rewards. Not sure what that would entail, but I would still like the feature without the extra frills.

Thoughts, people?

I like the idea. Kind of like bidding on a hand in Spades. You call the badges you think you can get, and if you succeed, you get a bounty equal to the first-time value of the badge. If you fail, you pay a penalty equal to the same value.

It's a cool idea, but I'm afraid we are in feature freeze time now.

How about just a quest indicator as a part of the interface? So you know at least what quest you are on?
