So much win here. So much win.

The new combat interface will take some adjusting to though. I managed to get myself killed just now :D

But the "know which quest you are on while picking preps" bit was long overdue and god it's good to have...

WOW! It is totally a new system!

BTW, I have a suggestion.

Would you make a hotkey to convert glyphs or items on the floor to directly CP? and buy item from shops.

I love use my keyboard, It will be really convenient to me. :D

You can buy items from shops with 'space'. (as well as pickup items).
Unless you meant a button to buy and convert them directly..

The new interface is very slow on my netbook : every new icon I hover, the game stalls for a second or two while the new animation is loading. There also a bit of this on my regular computer too, but not as strong.

There's also a bug with the animation lighting up when hovering over wheytwut and fireball. The wheytwut one can get stuck easily.

Another thing is when using wheytwut or fighting blinking monsters - you lose track of combat predictions.

Another suggestion is to make "space" the hotkey to EXIT the selection. I've managed to kill myself accidentaly numerous times by thinking that would make the interface go away. Disabling hotkeys alltogather might be a good idea as the "deathtrap" factor is pretty huge.

A very interesting and highly abusable (but as dangerous as urinating on an eletrical wire) bug is that you can keep fighting a monster that has blinked away by pressing space. But then the combat prediction doesn't work and you're liable to get yourself killed :d

If that was a feature it'd make an awesome "phase shift" or "incorporeal" monster or debuff. You hit it once and it turns off you combat prediction. Call the debuff "Blind" and put it on the ratmen or something and set them loose :D ^^

Wow... that would be scary. Please no. I like the new menu, but I think I might stick with the old fashioned way. I enjoy being able to clear games really fast. My main qualm is what Lujo stated. Space seems like exit, not attack to me.
We made an expansion and it is awesome. Really, you should check it out, especially if you're looking for some extra challenge.

And while we're at it, can we get the same hotkey to exit the potions shop in the prep screen? I always stumble trying to figure out that I just have to click anywhere...
