Is there any way to access previously acquired quest items other than the locker or backpack?

Also, if you lose a quest item (e.g., by dying with it and then neglecting to recover it) is there any way to acquire it again?

Quest (and Elite items, for that matter) randomly appear in shops once you unlocked them, but outside of prepping them there is no direct way to access them.

If you lose a quest item you'll either have to do the challenge again or buy it out of a shop and carry it out with you.
