I'm up for giving it a shot (probably annotated - what are you using to make the videos?).

I'm back (finally) it may be a bit touch and go with the uploads this week but next week I'll be full force again.
So I shouldn't have a problem with trying this weeks challenge run :)

Nice to have you back Jay! :)

Anyway, if anyone has any ideas for this week's challenge, feel free to send a PM to the other participants, I'll try and come up with something as well.

@Blovski: I've been using a free program called LoiLo Game Recorder, it's pretty easy to find if you google it, I heard of it from a wiki about making Let's Plays XD. It's free 'cause it's bundled with a trial for paid video editing software, but it's never annoyed me to get me to buy anything and the quality seems pretty good, though I haven't tried anything else for comparison. I use Freemake to change the format and bring the size down to reasonable levels. Let me know if you have any questions, and maybe Jay can comment on his own tools?

I use bandicam because I am to lazy to do video conversion or editing. :)
It makes a reasonable size AVI to upload, but is limited to 720p
Fraps is also good, but I quite using it because of the need to convert the videos, you can get higher quality with fraps though.

I would like to see a challenge involving a prepped god.

Well since I don't know who all is doing this one, and the video needs to be done before Friday I'll toss out a suggestion here.
I know this is futile to ask but lets try not to discuss strategies until Friday so everyone has a chance at it.
If someone has another or better idea then by all means post it here :)

Theme: At the whim of the gods

Rules:
Dungeons:
*Edited from any to Northern Dessert*

Classes
No Crusader
No Vampire
No Paladin

Preps:
Any Allowed but MUST INCLUDE
Patches
Jehora
Vicious Token

Run Restrictions:
Cannot Convert/Transmute Patches Until LVL 10
Cannot Change Gods
Cannot take Petition

btw I toss this suggestion out without having tried it.
It might be insanely difficult/insanely easy or just insane.
After the run where we did purist warmonger in the labyrinth you guys know I don't do "balance" well

Interesting suggestion! I would specify a dungeon as well, otherwise the runs could be too different. Not knowing the difficulty keeps me from suggesting specific runs...

The reason I didn't suggest a dungeon is because I didn't want to make it to easy (by suggesting a "Normal" dungeon" or to hard by suggesting a "hard" dungeon since it is a VT run.

So how is this:
Northern Dessert

A normal dungeon with 2 bosses should at least be interesting with the VT
honestly I haven't done many VT runs and I never use Jehora or Patches so this is kind of a nightmare run for me.
