What's "For Administrative Use Only" mean in victory page?

I mean that part of victory page.
I don't know what it really means.

It's an element that was added to make that part of the interface feel less empty, seeing as the event list can grow or shrink in size, we didn't want to just leave that part blank. It's also a joke on how forms tend to have whole sections that you actually SHOULDN'T interact with, what's with that?
