Quo Vadis, DD?

After the awesome beta with lots of balancing things DD emerged to a game that is really balanced and has little bugs left.
So where is the game going now? Will there be new dungeons? New classes? Multiplayer?!

Are there any definite plans?^^

People suggesting multiplayer for any and everything is really getting out of hand these days.

What are you talking about, multiplayer Desktop Dungeons would be awesome. One player could control the hero venturing forth, and the other player could control the monsters as they

... I guess you could pick where to blink to?

What about 2 heroes starting on the same map and competing to level up. And the one who kills the boss wins^^

No multiplayer was just a joke^^ I dont want that :D More vicious dungeons plz?^^

If possible, the real future for DD would/will be in modding. If we could set up something like GooFans.com for DD, that means infinite varied content.

Modding would be awesome!!! Maybe even stuff like the triple quests!

I want three new classes.

Because with the Explorer's Guild classes the set-up page where you choose your race and class is lop-sided, and it bothers me. This may be revealing to myself that I have minor OCD. :-|

hmm. Turn-based multiplayer DD.

* Players start at opposite corners of the map
* your turn ends when you explore X squares, take Y damage or level up
* Nonpoisoned monsters fully regenerate between player turns
* Last player to die wins!
