When buying from a shop the item should spawn on the ground and not directly in your inventory, because that way you can buy items to convert them even if your inventory is full.

That's exactly why you can't, so you cannot abuse it.

Well, it's fine if it's supposed to be this way, but I don't think it would give you an gamebreaking edge and glyphs can also be converted from the ground, so I don't see why it should be different with the items from the shops.

This is a good idea. But equip them automatically for us anyway if we got the inventory space.
