Basic info about update

I didn't see any info thread about the new classes, and the wiki (understandably) isn't updated yet either.

So... who's got the update? How are the classes unlocked, and what else (if anything) should I be looking for other than the daily challenge? What do the new classes do, anyway?

I have to wait on GOG (for probably not very long) for now, so I'm just stuck derping around the forum for now.

Never-ending "saving" in the bottom-right. Maybe data from two different versions are trying to party in a forbidden way?

Anyways, here's the breakdown of the classes:

Chemist
* starts with BYSSEPS
* can stack multiple castings of BYSSEPS, but the mana cost doubles for each stack
* Healing and Mana potions only 10% effective
* After drinking a health potion gain x2 health regeneration, but lose all mana regeneration. Effect ends when drinking another potion or leveling up.
* Ditto for mana potion

Rat Monarch
* starts with corrosive strike, gains additional layers of corrosion every time it levels up and for every 80 CP
* reduced health and mana, and drastically reduced attack
* all items are large, but compression seal still functions
* regains health and mana every time he buys an item from a shop

Chemist:
* 10% as opposed to the base 35%?
* Naga Cauldron lolol?
* All other potions reset both regenerations to the base level?

Unlocking the new classes -

Rat Monarch - complete a dungeon to get the quest (3 wins in Demonic Library) and unlock Dailies; if you've already beaten Demonic Library with three classes it unlocks after another dungeon run.
Chemist - Found in a subdungeon, you will need to break walls to unlock her.

Thanks for the information about all that. I think that's just about everything. (Also, Chemist in quest probably has random gender like everyone else who appears in a dungeon? Townspeople-only folks I think are the only fixed-gender people in the game. Mayor, Taxedermist, Bezar, Witch...)
