Can we please get the option to disable drag-menus again?

Why, what's the problem with it?

I'm kind of rushing around when playing, and ofen (usualy when at one of the edges of the map) I accidently drag my charachter (atleast acording to the game), and, then I click on one of my potions (forexample), which can quickly cause me to have a huge disadvantage.
Also, on the topic of settings, whenever you go out and in of the game the "on move: Deselect, Keep Selected" allways goes back to "keep selected" evne if you have crossed of deselect.

Oddly enough the game appears to have remembered my preference and has the drag menu disabled, even though the toggle no longer exists (meaning I actually can't turn on the drag menu).

Personally, I loathe the drag menu for popping up all the time when I don't want it to and would be incredibly unhappy if it became mandatory. It seems this is the case, and it's only due to a bug that I haven't noticed.
