Random questions about unlocking

i think iam missing how to unlock some stuff

There is a god protected by 999 attack beast and can firebacks at me.. It is impossible to defeat

Another god appeared to me, I broke all things around him and collected some black stuff from breaking it.. But I didn't unlock anything afterwards

I also found a subdungeon, where there is is Dracula after I killed him he gave me a useless recipe.. And beside him with about 4 Rows of plants, whenever I kill , on adjacent part but I can not reach it however, plants appear and get destroyed for every kill without me touching those on other side..after I killed all, nothing is unlocked

The game is cheating, whenever I choose a hero, it replaces the monsters of the man with monsters resistant to that hero

Technically speaking, Shifting Sands does have a mob which changes its properties based on your current class (the Changeling).

But he probably wasn't talking about those
