Posted: Sun Feb 14, 2016 2:12 amHmm, I just checked on one of my Kingdoms which was near the point of unlocking that quest. I think what did it was upgrading Bezar to level 2 (which first requires completing the quest involving buying out every shop in a dungeon), then completing a single dungeon run. Let us know if this gets the quest to appear for you!

Posted: Mon May 06, 2019 3:41 pmIf anyone still reads this forum, are there any other prerequisites? Because I have Bezar at level 2 but I have finished many dungeons since then and no shifting passages.

You must have unlocked the Shifting Passage dungeon by defeating Rock Garden.
That's the only other requirement.
