Goatperson is very scary, and it can be frustrating because you can get RNG screwed like with no other build. That said, it isn't particularly difficult once you get the mandatory bit of luck (or, more appropriately, the lack of misfortune), because the ability to pick&choose boons from several deities is huge, and you can reasonably end up with a character that has Learning, Dodge, Sanguine, Humility, lots of stat boosts, not to mention occasionally getting lucky with things like being in EM when getting Grim Malus, or being in GG when getting Ravaged by Forces... So it might take a few tries but when you do it, it will be one of the most fun VGT runs, at least it was for me. One trick is to convert excess food under GG/JJ (just make sure you don't go over board).
Purist was for me very hard. I did it with the Human Rogue, though at the time the conventional wisdom was that only the Human Rogue or the Dwarf Rogue can do it, and even they only with lots of scumming and luck. People who wanted to avoid late tower Warlock 1-shot-kills went with the Dwarf; though most people rather risked that for the benefit of having additional damage, and went with the Human. I'm actually really glad to see that Purist is actually quite doable with Paladin and other classes, so if I get to re-do it in my new kingdom, I'll try to do it with something else (probably the Wizard, Paladin or Crusader).
Rat Monarch was extremely difficult for me at the first time around, though once I got the hang of it, and established some rules for myself on how it should play, it became quite manageable. In my new kingdom I did it on 2nd try. If you don't find Dracul by Tower 6-7, you're dead; otherwise, you need remarkably little luck to win it, I mean there are items that help a lot but none are strictly mandatory; there are glyphs that help a lot but check Eastless' vid, he didn't use HALPMEH at all and won easily. Also, his vid is quite useful to show how you can rely on combining PISORF and BURNDAYRAZ, it's really huge when done properly, I was usually relying on HALPMEH + Knockback, but I'd risk saying that PISORF+BURNDAYRAZ is probably better, not to mention guaranteed.
"Thinker", just without the "ache".
